Number-Type & MMS Variances.

Messaging rates can vary by number type (e.g., long code vs. toll-free) and media type (SMS vs. MMS). Current MMS rates are available on request.

Rounding.

Some charges may be rounded to the nearest decimal point for billing.

Updates.

We may add new billable features or change any Usage Fee at any time; updated rates become effective upon posting an amended Schedule 1.

Non-Refundable.

All Usage Fees and wallet top-ups are non-refundable.

Wallet Funding.

Usage Fees are paid exclusively via automatic wallet top-ups in increments selected by WinChilla.

Taxes & Surcharges.

Prices exclude taxes, carrier surcharges, and regulatory fees, which are passed through at cost.

Additional Metered Charges.

Other usage-based or pass-through fees not listed here may apply; if a charge appears in the Platform or is imposed by a carrier, tax authority, or upstream vendor, you agree to pay it even if not yet reflected in this Schedule.
